Eli Manning might legitimately be the first quarterback in history to die on the field during a game.
The veteran Giants QB has been operating behind poor offensive line play the entirety of Sunday night, getting sacked six times before the 4th quarter could even begin.
In effort to make something happen near the red zone, Manning stepped up and scrambled only to be met by Jaylon Smith, who pounded him to the ground like a rag doll.

Dan King Eli Manning is the toughest QB in the league. Change my mind
Cory Williams I thought he took it easy on him honestly.
It’s rare you get that kind of opportunity…I’d have put a little extra mustard on it if I were him.
