Cleveland Browns wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. is setting the bar really high for his new team.
In a story published on Monday, Beckham told GQ that he is determined to help turn the Browns “into the new Patriots” referencing the Patriots dynasty that has won three of the past five Super Bowls and six Lombardi trophies since 2001.
“I plan on being there for the next five years,” Beckham told GQ Magazine, “and trying to bring as many championships there as possible.”
Beckham also set the bar extremely high for his new quarterback, Baker Mayfield, already proclaiming him as a Hall of Fame quarterback and comparing him to Brett Favre:
“I would say he’s next, but I feel like he’s now. He’s Brett Favre—he’s going to be a Hall of Famer.” – OBJ on Baker in GQ https://t.co/10PEwD85jN

If it wasn’t clear before, it should be now .. the expectations in Cleveland are through the roof.
They better deliver.
