    The NFL, specifically the AFC East, will have to suffer through Tom Brady reign over the league for a few more years.

    The six-time Super Bowl Champion signed a two-year contract extension with the New England Patriots Sunday according to ESPN’s Field Yates.

    @AdamSchefter tweets:

    "Patriots’ QB Tom Brady is signing a two-year extension that will pay him $23 million this year, per source. It makes him the 6th highest-paid QB in the league."

    The extension comes just one day after Brady’s 42nd birthday, not the worst gift one could ask for.

    Viewer reaction:

    Dimitri Botone QB Tom Brady and son close to finalizing on a five second frencher.

    Cyle Maidment My children are three they have never seen a Super Bowl without TB… Now they get to witness another two more Super Bowls!

    Charles Anthony Meinero People always say “admire the greatness” and whatever cliches for dominant players. As a dolphins fan, I’m throwing a fuccin party when Brady retires. 20 years of this guy is too much for me.
